Day 4. Streets of ancient Lutsk
The history of Lutsk is about a thousand years old. At one period of time, it was the capital of the Galicia-Volyn principality and the residence of Grand Duke Lubart, who built the famous Lutsk Castle. For a long time, the city was an important center of Volyn. For some time, the Kosach family lived in the city with their daughter, now known as Lesya Ukrainka. The fourth route includes the Volyn Museum of Local History and Military Equipment, the Volyn National University and the Lutsk Botanical Garden.
