Welcome to the second day of Cadiz, a city that stands on a rock in the ocean and looks like it was shot for a historical movie. Today you will see: The Museo de Cádiz is one of the most important museums in Andalusia, featuring Phoenician sarcophagi, Roman statues and a collection of Spanish painting • Parque Genovés — film park with waterfalls, botanical plants Castillo de San Sebastián — a fortress on the edge of the world, standing on the very edge of the Atlantic. The scenery here is so cinematic that the location was chosen for a film about James Bond. Interesting little-known fact There are more than 130 mirabilis towers in Cadiz, built in times of great maritime trade. Each served as an “office” for merchants, who from it watched ships in the bay with binoculars. It was their medieval “order tracking”. I wish you an easy step and good discoveries — this day will show Cadiz in a way that most tourists do not see it.
