Welcome to the fourth day in Bern! Today, there will be more nature. We will go to the green area of the city, where the Aare River meets parks and museums - with adventures. Today we will see: Elfenau is a historical park and a former manor, donated to the city in the 19th century. Old linden trees bloom here, and the river quietly envelops the lawns. Dählhölzli is a zoo where you can see otters, moose and even lynx. Part of the territory is free — for those who just like to walk among animals and greenery. Gurtenbahn is a funicular that takes you to Mount Gurten, where the best panorama of Bern awaits you. Interesting fact about Bern: The city is located on a peninsula formed by the Aare River, which is why there are so many bridges, hills and places with landscapes that look like postcards.
