To request the deletion of your account and associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Open your email account that you used during the registration process for YOWAY app.
  2. Compose a new email to support@yoway.app.
  3. In the subject line of the email, please write: Account Deletion Request.
  4. In the body of the email, clearly state that you wish to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.
  5. Send the email.
