Welcome to the second day of your trip to Bucharest!

Bucharest is the largest cultural center of Romania. Here are the most important museums of the country, the National Library, dozens of theaters and concert halls. It was in Bucharest that the world-famous composer George Enescu was born, and the historic Lipscan Street was for many centuries a shopping center where goods were brought from Vienna, Constantinople and Leipzig.

Today will be:

📍 The National Museum of Arts of Romania is the country's main art collection with works by Romanian and European masters, located in the former Royal Palace.

📍 CEC Palace is one of the most famous buildings in Bucharest with a huge glass dome, which has long been an architectural visiting card of the city.

📍 ARCUB is the main cultural center of Bucharest, where the city's most important festivals, exhibitions and art events take place.

Interesting fact:

Bucharest has its own “Arc de Triomphe”, but the first version of it was built of wood for just one day. It was erected in 1878 for the solemn passage of Romanian troops after independence, and the stone arch appeared much later.

We wish you a wonderful second day in Bucharest!
