Ternopil ist eine Stadt, die bereits 1540 gegründet wurde. Es liegt an der Kreuzung der Handelswege und wurde wiederholt angegriffen und zerstört, aber jedes Mal wurde es wie ein Phönix wiedergeboren. Daher wird Ternopil selbst manchmal die Stadt Phoenix genannt. Und auch - die Stadt der Wasserfälle, dank ihrer schönen Springbrunnen.
